This hotel was modern, it provided helpful service, and the rooms were stocked. The food was outstanding with a wide range of options. The staff was very very nice, everything was wonderful. The venue had an unbeatable location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Lukaskirche. There was a great restaurant, shopping centres and supermarkets next door🙂👍

New-fashioned units in a shower. Bonus point for central heating, a work desk, and a TV. Perfect setting in the calm area, just off city center as well as the tram.

The property is lovely and exceptionally friendly. the staff were very helpful and efficient day and night. the location is unbeatable, close to the center and also near bars, public transport, and restaurants.

If I have to............no 220v plug near the desk. I brought an extention wire with me. That facilitated me to work on my lap-top from the desk. It would be practical to either borrow extension wires from the reception or (the expensive way) install a 220v plug under the desk.

I loved the stay here and would definitely stop here again. the location couldn't be more perfect with a marvelous supermarket across the street. - Efficient and pleasant staff who cared about me.

the shower head, the water spray is 45 degrees so it either hits your head or your upper body, both not both. Minor annoyance...

It made my trip to Kassel a really really nice experience. It was clean inside. - the staff were efficient and knew how to help. - I loved the amazing food. - the location in a quiet area was unbeatable and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby. I had a great time at Hotel Crede in Kassel. the place was tidy, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic, and its peaceful location near shopping centers and supermarkets was really convenient. It truly made my trip unforgettable!

The room is small but cozy . The bed was comfortable. The breakfast setting was pretty. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.
My room was next to the road, so I was little annoyed at first by traffic sound. But It became quiet during night. I thought The hotel fee was little pricy as what i needed were not privided in the room such as shower cap or coffee pot/ cup. Breakfast were not included, too.
